I believe young children learn best in a play-based setting infused with academics, along with modeling, scaffolding and a re-directive environment. Social-emotional, cognitive, language, physical, mental, creative and cultural development are all puzzle pieces that fit together to make up the whole child. Together with the correct timing, these pieces will produce well-rounded, thoughtful, intelligent people.​
Vision
The purpose for Parenting Shores is to give children a foundation for the life ahead and provide parents with the tools to create a safe environment to discover, learn and have fun! I provide information and guidance for parents to successfully produce positive behavior within their children. Children will develop confident personalities, excellent social emotional skills, a mindset to contribute positively in society and learn to communicating effectively. I aim to build good character and motivate young children to value integrity in partnership with parents.
